Beautiful fallen glass!

My favorite shade of blue. I have a mini but I use tumbled glass for many different techniques where I felt the need for a larger size. It's so pretty on cardboard.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Exchange possible

My most used blue for stamps and ink pads

Disress Ink is great for anything you need to look imperfect. Ink beads on the stamps so you can create a more watercolor effect, or if you run the pad over the surface of the stamp, a stripe or brush effect. They react to water so you can create a smudge or drip effect, but if you're looking at Distress Inks you probably already know that. This particular color is my favorite blue. I use it when I want something blue, but not overpowering. This is fine for sky tones, the color of pool waterโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Dope ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Cons
  • Functionality

Miraculous Ink

Great for applying distress, this ink can also be used with water for amazing results. There are plenty of videos on YouTube or Tim Holtz's website to show you what this ink can do.

Pros
  • Available in Glass
Cons
  • Slightly Wrinkled

Beautiful Turquoise

I love distress ink and over time I finally got my hands on it. They mix well and can be used both as watercolor paints and for stamping. This is a beautiful medium shade of turquoise that is perfect for any beach or water scene.

Pros
  • Designed to give a realistic look to aged paper, photographs and decorative fibers
Cons
  • Damaged

I love them but they don't last long

I Love Tim Holtz Products, Paper, Stickers, ink, etc. I love natural colors. This pretty blue, like most Holtz products, is more of a fade, like a smudge, rather than dark ink. I often use it to stamp in my art magazines and also apply it to the edges of my pages or ephemera (I just run the edge of the paper over the ink pad). I like the color and how it looks. However, the ink pad seems to dry out pretty quickly. I always make sure I put the top on securely and started wrapping the elasticโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Perfect for the new vintage, painted, distressed effects that crafters create on their recycled books, scrapbook pages, postcards and paper crafts
Cons
  • Available in white only
