Excellent Customer Service and Communication

No issues, great people to work for! The staff is amazing - they are always willing t help you achieve your goals at any time of day or night (24-hr support). They have made my life easier by allowing me access from home during non office hours which has helped reduce our phone bill as well. I wish that there were options where we could get more reports about who called us within certain times so it would be easy to know when things need attention but this isn't something i'm sure can easily…

  • Great communication with management in order address concerns quickly/efficiently; prompt follow up action steps taken upon completion..great turn arounds!!!!! Very helpful account managers

Best contact centre software ever!!!

The best thing about rapid phone center is that it has all of my contacts stored, so I don't have to go through them one by one when they are unavailable or just not answering their phones! It's also easy for me because i can use this app from anywhere at anytime via internet which makes things easier as well since there isn’t always someone around who knows how everything works here (i work remotely). Sometimes you get disconnected but if your connection drops then its hard to reconnect again…
