No Quality Control

One of these chain ties was perfect in every way except for a small stain on the paint. Another had damaged and chipped threads at the factory and was well outside a reasonable clearance tolerance between the stem and bushing. The two pictures here show the deflection with the stem screwed in 50%. I am disappointed that I spent so much money on a carefully selected, American made product and was let down by the personal skill of the worker or the lack of quality control at the factory. This…
