Ratio Six is one of the best coffees (as good as a pourover) but for the price you would expect more thought and design from a carafe. Towards the spout it does not taper at all, but "funnels towards the middle". This requires you to turn the entire carafe upside down to pour out the coffee and causes a lot of coffee splatter rather than the expected steady flow. So much thoughtful design, great decanter slip!

As others have said there are some very obvious cons in terms of value for money that should NOT be present with this product. My main complaint is absolutely about the decanter. Three weeks have passed and so far so good. Great shower head I really like that extracts beans evenly. Although the steel carafe - I really hate it. That ruins the coffee. No matter how much you rub, soak in vinegar, etc., that bitter, burnt smell lingers and seeps into the next cup of coffee. I don't know how lovers of good coffee deal with it, but I definitely can't.
