🚴 Stay Hydrated on the Move with RavX Belly X Handlebar Water Bottle Cage Review

I bought this for my bike and it works great. I have a fairly large water bottle that I use with it and it's a bit uncomfortable when cycling, but with a smaller bottle I don't think this will be a problem. It was extremely easy to find a place for it on the handlebars and attach it to the bike. Definitely recommended for bikes.

Mounted on the handlebars of a children's bike. Pretty easy to install, holds firmly in place. The problem (not the fault of the product or the seller) is that it's quite heavy with a full water bottle. This extra weight makes the bike a bit difficult to handle. I keep it to myself as it's my own fault for not thinking about it before buying it. It is very difficult to find a water bottle holder for a children's mountain bike due to the very thick hoses.

I really like the idea of this bottle holder; One-piece construction that stays close to the riser rod. Unfortunately the mount was too small for my bike (Catrike 700) on which I tried to mount it behind the headrests. I could have found a longer bolt but the other downside is the bracket is too low on the cage for my liking. It would have been better if it was more even in the middle of the cage, but instead it made the bottle taller than I would have liked.

Great cage but a bit difficult to install. There is a part that slides, but only when it's around the handlebars. Mine were apparently a bit larger than they should have been, so I couldn't use a rubber tread or shim. It still works, but probably not for a very hard or bumpy ride. And bring a hex wrench (not included) to tighten it while riding when riding on bumpy roads. I am grateful for this as I need more than 1 bottle of Ater on my travels.

I am very happy with this purchase, so much so that I bought it twice (once for each of my son's bikes). I bought a couple of different "kids bike" style water bottle cages which were superb in their swagger. This meets all requirements and is also suitable for an adult bike on request. It's durable and easily adjustable depending on the bar diameter you want to place it on. The first one I had was bent slightly on an angle, but I was able to bend it back very easily and you'll never know now…

Easy to install, looks great, very comfortable for my water bottle (CamelBak with straw and bite tip). Because the straw in my water bottle means I don't have to tilt the base to drink, I just leave the cage bottle on the steering wheel and lean against it to drink when I'm stopped at a red light. I like it. The only problem is that the shape of the cage is designed for a bottle shaped like a regular plastic Poland Spring bottle or other smaller diameter "waist" bottles, not a straight cylinder
