⚾ Optimized Prodigy Series Youth Baseball Gloves by Rawlings Review

Bought for a 9 year old grandson. He's not tall at all for his age. Fits perfectly. He loves to. The glove is well made. Would consider Rawlings my next glove.

Our 10 year old son lost his glove mid-season and it was a great replacement as it was quite broken in. Good flexibility with basket pocket and good for younger players.

I found this glove in a used Revain store. Real animal skin (pig I think) and my 8 year old loves it. The touch is big, so he uses a double or triple pinky. I showed him some tricks to help. Good business.

Title and description do not mention that this is a youth glove. It says so at the bottom of the page. The only way to return the product was to bring it to Kolya's store. I bought a new glove but I didn't buy it from Revain due to the return policy.

This is my 7 year old grandson's first baseball glove. He hasn't played much baseball, but he enjoys playing tag with his dad and some buddies. The glove appears to be well made - it fits well - and Rawlings gloves have a great reputation. Very satisfied.

This is a great glove for kids! We eventually got it back, but only because I accidentally bought the wrong hand and the right one wasn't available for the next game. I would definitely keep it, it was a nice color and seemed like a great beginner's glove with a little oil.

Perfect for 8 year old grandchildren. His original glove was very stiff so he started using my son's glove which was badly worn but too big for an 8 year old. I decided to buy him this one and while he is still learning how to play baseball this one has turned out to be much better for him.

I've worn Rawlings gloves all my baseball days, including my pro days. This glove far exceeds my expectations for a new glove. My grandson loves it and it's mostly "broken in" right out of the box. Now all I have to do is share my baseball knowledge and experience with him so he loves the sport as much as I do.

This glove looked great at first glance. Soft, thick, worked well. 5 weeks of use by a 10 year old a few times a week and the laces started to break rendering the glove unusable. This glove has been well cared for. When not in use, it was always neatly stored on a shelf in the house. The material is just rubbish. I contacted Rawlings and they wanted me to pay them shipping to fix the same poor quality laces. (Having said that "shoelaces aren't covered by the warranty," is no joke.) These are…
