Plug and play best in automotive and automotive electronics

I bought this display because I have a very old Raymarine autopilot, the old display didn't work very well so I wrote to Raymarine they told me that this display works with my old compatible is one. Great purchase, I installed it yesterday Sunday 30th, just plug and play, next weekend I will test at sea. I will give you more information as long as everything is ok

What I find really annoying and dangerous are the standby and auto mode buttons that .

I prefer this new model to the older model in the cockpit which I would only give 3 stars. What I find really annoying and dangerous are the standby and auto buttons, which are very poorly lit at night and so small that half of them are used for another function. I nearly got into a boating accident last night when I had to press standby mode in an emergency.

Works fine, no backwards compatibility. A lot of noise for a lot of money!

My old ST-4000+ autopilot system worked fine for 18 years before the actuator literally fell apart, I bought a new actuator and the replacement went smoothly. Unfortunately, the control unit then failed. The replacement P70S was not compatible with the old compass and I also had to buy an EV-100 module. Buying parts costs more. I would be much better off buying the package knowing it is what I need. Otherwise the P70S works great and installation was easy with the holes provided. The display is
