LEGENDARY! - Scooter

This scooter is legendary. I'm a 19 year old college student, 5ft 6" tall, and I'm proud to ride this thing on campus. I was having trouble with my Razor A5 Lux Scooter and decided it was time to upgrade it. To update. Issue with Lux where my steering wheel would spin when the wheel was straight; gone thanks to the double screw clamp on the handlebar post. The problem with Lux, where everything just shakes and I feel like I'm carting down a hill; completely gone with anti-rattle knurled screw…

Great College Scooter

The first thing to do when you receive this scooter is inflate the tires to 60-65psi. If you don't, you'll find that it takes more effort than the A5 Lux. However, when fully inflated, this scooter glides damn well! The second thing to do when you get this scooter is to buy a $5 200x50 replacement tube from Revain. I say that because it's entirely possible that the tires will burst. it happened to me *I've replaced the rear tire tube 3 times.* The tube always goes flat for some reason. The…

Serious design flaws, please read before purchasing.

I never write bad reviews for Revain but because of this terrible product I have to. As an adult I would not recommend this scooter. I just bought it and was very excited but I had a very bad experience and I will be sending it back. There are serious design flaws. I'm 185 pounds and only have about 1-2 inches to the floor and I feel like I'll scrape the floor if I ride/stand on it or corner even though it's rated for 200+ pounds. The plastic front cover on the sled keeps popping out. Tires…

Rubber Terrible

I am very disappointed with this scooter. I've been a lifelong razor fanatic and also have a Razor A5 Lux. I thought it would be a great replacement for the Lux as I drive a few miles a day and the air tires would make for a smoother ride. Handles - The frame of the scooter is very strong! Cons: - While the pneumatic wheels made the ride smoother when cruising over uneven pavement or tarmac, they also resulted in a significantly slower ride - this scooter takes a lot more power to push and will

Nice try but I would recommend A5 Lux DLX instead

This is the third Razor scooter I have owned. I'm a fairly tall adult male who uses scooters to go a mile one way in San Francisco. First a note on scooters: they are awesome! About 2-3 times faster than walking in the city. A 20 minute walk should turn into a 7-10 minute scooter ride. Obviously, they're slower than bikes, but unlike bikes, you can (a) ride them on the pavement, making them much safer; and (b) easy to take on the train/subway by stowing under the seat or in the overhead…
