These are amazing sunglasses for an active lifestyle. They wrap around your eyes and have a good yet perfect grip. I am replacing a pair of 30 year old Bausch & Lomb Baloramas (same model) and they are just as good from a new manufacturer in Italy. This is my third pair. I love these sunglasses. I was careless with the first pair and they fell and landed on the floor. The second couple collapsed on the cruise so hopefully the third time will be a charm. They are glass lenses and amazing UV protection but they can be scratched and if they hit the ground hard they will break so be careful and they will last you a lifetime. Comfortable for my face with very good coverage on the sides that does not affect peripheral vision. Because of the wrap, the frame almost completely disappears, giving you a much better field of vision than other classic Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses. The frame of these "new" Balorama glasses is noticeably thinner than the original, almost "delicate". These are truly masculine glasses. In today's hypersensitive climate, some might say it's too masculine. I probably have a medium sized head and they fit pretty well. Quality at the highest level.
