The simplicity of managing my entire organization from one system, with no manual handling required! The most useful thing I like about this software is its integration with other softwares to provide me a complete view of the order status. I dislike the fact that it takes too much time to load the software. It also lags sometimes, which makes it very hard for me to make changes in my orders. It's not user friendly at all. It's very user friendly, comes with a lot of templates and can be integrated with other systems (like accounting).
