Type of review

The fact that it has many features which are easy to use with no complicated menus or screens makes this program great! We have been able train our staff faster than other programs we used in the past. This saves us time as well since our team can learn quickly without any previous experience needed (which sometimes takes months). I dislike how slow some areas load when you need them quickley but overall its one awesome tool!! Nothing so far really disliked about re2 though i haven't had too…

Pros
  • The number/amount of data collected for each person is incredible.
  • Reports, reports everywhere!!!!..and they're all very specific..it works like magic!!!;)
  • A lot more detailed information from customers comparedto what most tools do now.i could give lots examples here...you'd be amazed :)

Intuitive, User Friendly POS System for business of all sizes

Ease to set up store layouts in multiple departments; easy drag & drop functionality was great! Some features like sales forecasting/order entry could probably be improved - I wish they were better integrated with other systems we used at work (like Oracle BI Suite). We had lots more manual data input into our system than you would expect from something marketed as "automation." Our team created new areas within existing stores which enabled us do some pretty awesome site-wide inventory…
