I would give this hammock 5 stars because my cat, all 9#, LOVES my hammock! But within the FIRST 48 HOURS, 3 out of 4 latches broke. Here is a photo of the damage. All bars broke in one place! My god, my cat only weighs 9 pounds! There is no excuse for such poor quality! Get a new tool supplier and you'll be spot on! But right now I can't rate it higher.

The thing is cute and looks cozy. But the straps were too long and impossible to adjust. They are too long to work with my chairs and they are too long to work on the cage I kept my cat in while she had ringworm. Bought this for two kittens I'm raising for a local animal shelter. I was a little worried they might be too heavy for him but they both sleep in it, total weight is about 6lbs which is fine.
