I needed to replace a broken water bottle cage on one of my bikes; I ordered this one because it looked elegant and attractive and the aluminum material attracted me with its strength. It comes as a one-piece aluminum holder and includes frame mounting bolts that fit nicely into the pre-drilled holes on my bike frame. Overall it looks good and holds my water bottle well on the bike.

I bought this for my new Marin Canfield. I tried installing it in the bike frame with screws, but they didn't have enough room for my water bottle. Instead I used the screws that came with the bottle cage and everything worked fine. There's a good channel for the included screw heads to keep them from touching the bottle. I was looking for a bottle holder to replace the basic steel holder that was on my bike. I was very excited to find out that it has a mix of blue and gray to match the same color accents on my bike! Installation was a breeze and the included screws went into the existing threads with ease. I'm not sure if these threads are standard sizes for different bikes. If not, then I guess I'm lucky.
