Please make sure your rearview mirror has a thin long arm before purchasing. My mirror is short and thick. So it didn't fit. The part where it should be clamped is very small. Doesn't work for me. Sad.

The mirror mounting screws are not long enough to mount the mirror on my 2018 Volkswagen Passat. Also, the metal nuts in the thumbscrews aren't securely fastened, so they're likely to fall out and get lost in a slot in the car, like on my Volkswagen. I could return this item but it's such a good idea that I might keep it and try to find longer screws at the hardware store. I tried several different cell phone holders and thought this would be the right one. Love the fact that it's at eye level so all I have to do is glance at direction. The problem is that it doesn't stay in one position; he kept turning to the passenger seat!
