Tire looks very well made and high quality. In addition, it is very light and the instructions on the tire will guide you every step of the way. Other than that I haven't used it yet, but I can tell you I carry it in my bug bag with everything I need from my first aid kit. Better to have and not need than to need and not have. I definitely recommend it.

Bought for my first aid kit. Unfortunately I had to use it after my mother slipped on ice. Formed quickly and easily. left it in half for extra strength. I was almost ready to beat the first radiologist when he didn't believe me that you don't have to remove the splint for imaging. The 2nd guy left the rail and didn't hurt my mother as much as the 1st guy. The images were clear even with the splint in place.
