I bought white and light beige. White .

Purchased in white and ecru. The white is very spiky and the ecru is very soft. I had to look at the labels twice because I couldn't believe it was the same product. I want a white background for some of the baby blankets I'm making for a church project and I wouldn't use a scratchy white for a baby, but I wouldn't have a problem with the softness of the ecru color. I don't know if they did something wrong in the manufacturing process but I am very cautious about buying more of this yarn. Ecruโ€ฆ

I have a sweater that I once knitted for my son that I wanted to copy for one of his daughters. The old sweater has 17 stitches and 25 rows for 4 inches. I was looking for a yarn that was tight and the ribs of this yarn were 17 stitches and 23 rows written by 4 inches on 5mm needles. So I started knitting. It's a baby sweater so I didn't swatch it as it's already small enough to serve as a separate swatch. Well this is going nowhere as the stitches on my Addi 5mm needles are pretty loose and Iโ€ฆ
