Instructions could be better, safety chain hooks do not fit in the two front attachment points. They only fit on the two rear brackets.

Good for my 2018 Ram 2500 I made a mistake where the safety chain hooks should have been. Bed inserts are not universal sizes. Guilty. Use the fasteners closest to the bumper.

Great product and perfect for the factory towing package. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the lid of the bag doesn't close tightly and the balls fall out of the bag when stowed away. It would also be nice if the upper unlock cover were made of metal instead of plastic.

Got it in the mail today, received the safety chain rings, ballet case and pouch. the ball didn't come with him. UPDATE: Revain's excellent customer service solved the dilemma in no time. As for the product, I think it works like a ball. However, TheDrings are too big for most average followers.

This works exactly as it should. Installation takes less than 45 seconds while uninstallation can take 60 seconds. The ball is solid and I had no problems. The chain anchors are large, so I just skip the hook and reattach it to the chain. I really like how easy it is to use and how simple it is. It was the best price I found for a large quantity. Great deal for the money.

Haven't used this yet but quickly found that a few others had the same thing. Attaching your security chain requires a HUGE eye clip on your security chain. mine doesn't work So now I have to spend another $80 to replace the safety chains. Worse, if a friend's trailer needs to be moved, I can't help. You need to reduce the implement width or make an adapter for lighter trailers with smaller hooks. I used this in a 2016 Ram with a factory fifth wheel/gooseneck prep package. Works great but I'm deducting a star because the safety chain mounts are really too big. I could only find a hook to attach it to and it's face value at £44,000 and it's huge. If they made the attachments a bit smaller they would be better suited for more normal gooseneck loads. The ball is rated at 30,000 pounds so I'm not sure why the only chains that can be used with it are rated for 50% more load and unnecessarily…
