Great Towbar Receiver

Great receiver has managed to help with oil changes. And you can think of many good uses for it on a truck, e.g. B. for moving a trailer more easily and for extras like a bike/motorcycle holder when the tail is used up. Put it on the 2017 GMC Sierra ATV. I've dropped it off-road a couple of times, but nothing has happened except for it to bend, other than scratches. Holds up well.

Pros
  • Provides a secure and convenient attachment point for a variety of accessories to the front of your vehicle
Cons
  • Contact Seller

Very well built; good looking welds and good assembly accuracy. Easy installation comes with good instructions and all the hardware including the wire needed to thread the screws through the frame. I had to cut out a small section of the lower air intake and a piece of plastic sump guard to accommodate the hitch, but it was removed quite a bit and almost invisible after the installation was complete. I recommend using a vibrating tool for cutting plastic; It leaves a clean cut and is easy to…

Pros
  • making the receiver a practical and versatile addition to sports and work cars
Cons
  • Expensive

Read the instructions! Quite easy.

Perfect for 2015 Silverado 1500 4WD LS Double Cab. the two frontmost bolts you have to loosen most of it and only one "eyeball" where you put a Drill a hole in the plastic cover for the screw to go through. Drill a small (1/2-1 "), click on the shield again and test your guess. Cut it off a bit and recheck. Then take out the last two large screws that still holding it.Holding the washers to fill the holes with duct tape didn't work for me so I hot glued them on.Leave all those wires to pull out

Pros
  • Square 2" receiving hole
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Nice setup but sits a bit low.

See attached photos but remember my 2015 Yukon 4x4 has a 2" front lift. They don't have a chin spoiler and the top of the receiver is about 2 inches below the bumper. Easy to install. Pay attention to the position and orientation of the washers. I used an oscillating saw to cut out the chin spoiler and plastic fender. Loosely fit the hitch to the fender to mark, then remove to trim and install the crossmember bolt. Install all three bolts before cutting the choke/spoiler. The packaging was a…

Read the instructions! Quite easy.

Perfect fit for 2015 Silverado 1500 4WD LS Double Cab. As instructed (for the guy who said there's no hole at the rear-most mounting point), lower the fender on all but the front two bolts, which you'll need to loosen for the most part, only "eyeballing" where necessary is a hole in the plastic cover for the passage of the screw. Drill a small hole (1/2" to 1"), press the sign again and test your guess. Cut a larger hole and test again. Then remove the last two large screws still holding it in…

Pros
  • Front receiver mount
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Great success! Best in Receiver Front Suspension

I'm not a big fan of reviews but I feel like this product got a bad rap. I am very happy with this purchase. Item arrived 90% packed and with extra wrapping paper, but in an unnecessarily large box. Like I said, no paint damage. Maybe they corrected their packaging methods, or maybe it was just a short shipping route. Great look and quality. Should last for years. All parts were in a bag attached directly to the hitch. The instructions were clear and concise. The installation was successful and
