These were exactly the files I was looking for and the only ones I could find online. but I reluctantly ordered them because many reviews reported that I only received 1 file instead of all 3. The same happened to me. When I wanted to report it (simple process) the only correct button I had to press was "Missing Parts" so that's what I went for. I like that there were 3 in the pack so I keep one in my purse, one in my bedside table and one in my makeup bag. They are so slick with diamond dust and get the job done. You can also use the pointed end to clean under the nails. As long as it holds up well. I love her!

The description clearly states that this is a '3 COUNT' package. nope! I only have one! Giving $4.99 for a nail file is a fair price, but don't advertise that you're shipping three when the customer can only get one! This is a good file. It does the job though. I want to receive the full quantity I "thought" I ordered because I want them in different locations.

3 nail files? How about one? So how much time are you wasting fiddling with 2 more nail files that you didn't get (but paid for)? Good thing the salespeople don't think National Defense is up and running. Accuracy is not their goal.

Revlon has discontinued the reversible nail file and what they are offering now doesn't work. This is the closest thing to these files. I have natural nails and this file works great.
