I bought the color espresso. We have a house that was built in 1950 so we have plaster walls and our shelves are not spaced apart as these shelves had pre-drilled holes. So we didn't use ANY of the hardware it came with. We just used long cranes and drilled through the plaster into the concrete block behind. Pre-drilled holes in the shelf make installation easier. I ordered two leaves and a branch to give my three cats more space to play in my small 2 room apartment.
