I bought this as a last resort for a chemistry demonstration. Arrived quickly and appears to be working well. The reverse thread confused me at first, but it fits correctly. I can't say anything about the durability, but it helps me now.

Very bad product. Poorly made, very low outlet pressure, cap broke after 3 uses due to very high friction and it's not even a regulator. It's literally a valve, either fully open or fully closed, with no regulation. Do not buy.

It's a good product but goes from nothing to super speed very quickly. Don't get me wrong, you can get it at a low price, but you have to put it in an almost closed position. Definitely a must have and works great when home brewing mead for oxygenation.

Most people probably have trouble threading this onto a red Bernzomatic cylinder just because they don't realize they're both left-hand threads. Everything worked for me, but the pin is too long, so gas comes out when the valve is attached. But even with proper installation, the valve cannot completely shut off the flow.

The pin that fits into the oxygen tank is too long, or the thread on the cap doesn't go deep enough. The result is the same if you try to connect it to an oxygen tank, the pin goes in too far so the gas pressure pushes it back so the thread for the regulator never reaches the cylinder thread. It cannot be clipped onto a disposable oxygen cylinder.

Half of these reviews annoy me. The device works perfectly on a Bernzomatic oxygen cylinder. As stated in the description, this is a left-hand thread valve. This means you have to screw the valve in counter-clockwise, not clockwise. The fit was perfect and the device works exactly as advertised. I use this to aerate my brewer's yeast and it works great.

Worked well until 3rd use. The valve did not close. I requested a replacement and saw if this Chinese junk is better than the first one. Update on 2nd valve received on 06/15/19. Tried to use it on 6/16/19 after making sure the valve was closed. I screwed it onto my disposable oxygen tank and this also let the gas out when presumably closed. My 1 star rating stays here just because I can't give zero stars. Complete garbage.
