Subpar Converter, Save Your Money

As a result of my tests I determined that this product is not worth the investment .While it claims to be waterproof, during my usage in the garage, it failed to hold up against basic moisture. The only pro was that it was easy to install. The cons far outweighed this, as it did not deliver on its primary function as a regulator step-down converter module. Save your money and invest in a higher quality converter instead..

Pros
  • Waterproof design allows for use in wet environments and provides protection from damage due to moisture.
Cons
  • Potential for reduced efficiency compared to non-waterproof step down converters due to added materials and design considerations for waterproofing.

It does not work. c Current transformer

Connected to 17.9V input. Only a 0.48V output is produced. The polarity was correct. The wiring was correct. Waited to see if it took time to reset. No help. Tried connecting a 12v fan to see if the load would help. nope Connected to 24V input. Doesn't matter. Paid for junk... I got junk. There's a reason other voltage reducers cost $100 or more. I just want my time reversed. However, this is one of my first returns to Revane.

Pros
  • Power accessories
Cons
  • Some little things
