Excellent Service; Quick Response Time And Attention To Detail

I have been using their services for several years now, they are always quick to respond with any issues or problems you may be having regarding your account! They take care of everything so there's no need/hassle in contacting them directly about anything related our business relationship as well when it comes time do upgrade my contract (new pricing) etc., all very smooth process because i know this team takes good pride at what we're doing here!! Great Supply Chain Management Platform Built For Growing Businesses

Its simple, easy to use for both customers & vendors - can see all details of their relationship in one place without having to login multiple times! It's not very intuitive as it could be better organized but overall I think its great product with room for improvement. we're using this platform at work and have been extremely happy thus far. Very helpful insights into Vendor Management

The most useful feature of this tool for us was it's ability to track our supplier KPIs, i.e., turnover rate which helped in making decisions about new orders/products. There are few bugs with the platform but they seem to be addressed quickly by their support team. It would have been better if we had more option like advanced filters while working within relationships tab where you can filter down your list further than just product category or brand.
