Item was returned and my money was refunded. Playback mode didn't allow for pauses and there's no option to rewind tracks.

The product works perfectly, there were no problems. However, it was described that a remote control and carrying case were not included.

I use this for both music and audiobooks because the pause function allows me to pick up where I left off instead of having to go back to the beginning of the track with other devices. I've had this device before, so I was familiar with its features and sound quality.

For what I'm using this device for, it's excellent. I happen to play the Bible all the time and this was the perfect answer for me. I also use it when traveling for the same purpose. Yes, it's big and outdated, but it works well, and I don't care about the size or other features. This is my second player. The first lasted several years and was only damaged when I got wet! For the price you can't go wrong.
