My dog ate the original remote control so I bought this one. Works right out of the box, battery included. Be careful because the battery is located separately in a small zippered bag. I almost accidentally threw it away. Great little remote control.

I bought a Klipsch soundbar in September 2016. Sounds great, but the ridiculously small remote died a year later from a cheap key pad. I bought a spare RC. Now he is dying. Klipsch needs to make better remotes.

After about eight months of use, the original remote and the replacement remote I ordered stopped working properly. The membrane covering the keys stays in the down position for some commands and does not recover, causing the devices to become "inoperable".

nothing worked when i received it, no instructions. When they ordered I found I didn't have to do anything, no programming. Bad timing I was in the process of moving so I was unable to return the product in the time allotted. Was no better than the original that came with a product that was also terrible.

This remote control is a replacement for my very good Klispsch soundbar. The soundbar still works great. The up button on the old remote didn't work. I'm afraid I'll have to buy a new soundbar. All buttons on the new remote control work. They even run a lot further than the original. In addition, the buttons have a slightly different organization - this makes them easier to use. Very logical. Love it!
