Do not purchase this product. It is NOT what is in the photo. The remote control I posted is what I received. It does NOT have the same control options as the original and worse, it doesn't even control my JBL SB250 as advertised. I'll send it back immediately.

Our original remote barely lasted a year before the buttons started to crack and crack. Ordered this as a replacement and they did a much better job in the new design! Works great and seems to be much more durable!

This remote control works great. But 1. If you have huge man hands and sausage fingers, it's too small to use easily. 2nd I'm already on my 4th! Why 4 of these you ask? My labrador mom ate the first three! Which tastes terrible to my lab! 😂Thank you.

Works great, much better than factory original. I had to replace it because the volume up button fell apart badly. They're just little plastic bubbles that are waved to push a button on a circuit board. Very thin plastic. This remote seems more solid, with outlines around the buttons and an extra button (HDMI).

I bought a JBL soundbar off ebay a few months ago but it didn't come with a remote control. JBL was sold out at the time and the ones on Ebay were overpriced in my opinion. I finally found this one at Revain at a better price and it works great. Paired, and all the features I've used so far are there too. I've had this for a few weeks and it's still working perfectly.

The remote control does the job I need. Volume, bass, power buttons are what I usually use and all of these buttons work fine. The remote was also fairly easy to sync with my soundbar. I simply held down the power button on the remote until the soundbar turned on. The only issue for me is that the bottom three buttons don't work with the soundbar (Virtual Sound, Stereo, and Harman Volume buttons). Not sure if I just have a bad lemon or if other remotes have a similar problem.
