Only worked twice - kitchen and dining room

I used it twice and it no longer works. The base you connect the process to still works fine, but the receiver doesn't. Now every time I need to know the temperature, I have to go to the smokehouse.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Many things

It's Maverick, that's all there is to say.

Maverick picks are of course first class. This is my second set because I like to have one for every smoker. And the first one I got as a gift will work reliably and accurately for another 3 years.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

I liked the first one so much that I bought it.

Now I no longer have to stand at the grill and manually check the doneness of the meat! I liked the first one so much that I bought a second one for my lake house. You will not be disappointed with this product!

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Brief instructions

Still having problems with kitchen and dining room

Setup and programming seems more complicated than necessary. Buttons do not respond as intended. Only used 4 times and one sensor has a slightly lower temperature than the other sensor. Now I understand why you don't see as many of these in posts about grilling, smoking, and grilling.

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Expensive

I neglected this product so much! I leave it on the grill when the weather is bad and treat it like shit. I tug on the sensor to pull it out of the meat when the temperature is reached. It still works very well. I may have had a little trouble with the B-sensor and temperature maintenance, but I'd give it to the novice smoker. Great product, I can only recommend!

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Modern

Very dissatisfied with the product and customer service

I haven't had a system for 6 months. I haven't used it more than 5 times and the temperature sensors never worked properly. Within 20 minutes after the meat is in the smoker at a constant temperature of 225 degrees, the sensors indicate that the meat is cooked to over 130 degrees. The temperature is below 50 degrees. Now I have a sensor that has sat in the garage for 20 minutes at 46 degrees. The probe still reads 109 degrees. I checked the website and read that the sensors can be damaged by…

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Compatibility
