The only thing I would like to improve is to somehow add a handle - it is not very comfortable to hold in hand. Otherwise, this is the best callus scrubber ever! It reminded me of the difference between nail files: a glass diamond file is better, as is this glass file for removing calluses. I hope it doesn't break easily as it slipped out of my hand the first time I used it --> so I wouldn't recommend using it in the bath.

very soft, not rough on the skin but strong enough to remove stubborn calluses. I've had one on battery for years, this one is much better because you don't have to change batteries, refill and very easy to clean

God this product is not something I have ever tried for dry cracked heels. I want to take a picture beforehand. It's made of glass and on one side there are small raised nets that when you massage your heels to dry them, they shave your heels and shed the fine powder from your heels that is your dried skin.
