My old remote was always stuck and slow to respond. My TV is an old brand but works perfectly. They sent me an updated version of my old remote control. It works much better and I prefer the new design. I am very happy.

I was very happy about it. I lost my old one. After I put the batteries in, everything worked wonderfully. The only thing that bothered me was the packaging. I received it in a small bubble envelope and the envelope was torn when I received it. I'm surprised it didn't fall out of the envelope. A packing list was also missing.

I bought this remote control to replace a broken one. This remote control is terrible! I have to press each button multiple times for it to work, even standing very close to the TV with no obstructions. I gave it 2 stars because it still works and it saves me from having to go to the TV to adjust the volume, but don't expect it to replace the factory remote. Really just a terrible product.
