Ok, but not plug and play.

This is a good product but definitely not plug and play. Cut three wires from the factory splice white to black and blue, green to red and black to black and everything will work fine. It's not difficult, but it can be intimidating for some.

Costs money. on Brake and Taillight Assemblies, Parts and Accessories

You will have to lower the headliner to access the connector but that is 2 screws, 3 push pins and 5 minutes of your time. It's worth it. The headlights in the trunk are bright. I haven't seen the brake lights, so I can't comment on that. Fits well and looks like a solid block.

PLUG LOCATION FOR 2003 F150

I DID NOT THINK MY TRUCK HAD A PLUG; THIS DOES BUT YOU MUST REMOVE THE BACK OF THE HEADLAMP, IT IS CUT ABOUT A FOOT FROM THE REAR WINDOW. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO KNOW THIS PART BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL.

So far so good, not plug and play

I have a 2000 Ford F150 XLT and it is NOT plug and play. Thanks to the guy who pointed out which wires went where so I could hook it up. Works well and looks cool. I've ordered cheaper ones online and never received a seal. This one comes with a good gasket and is much better quality than the $12 ones. I wish it was plug-n-play, but if you're not afraid of cutting wires I recommend it.
