Great replacement strap for my Forerunner 230. Very comfortable and no more flex that I had from my original strap. My only complaint about durability is that I bought this tape in January in a color swatch; At the end of May the paint started to peel off, and now (July 1st) almost everything has peeled off. However, the replacement costs are so low that I will order another one, only in one color, not with a pattern.

Forerunner 235 replacement strap is not an exact replica of the original but it fits perfectly. The holes are slightly larger. The color of the back of the strap is slightly visible through the holes, making it a little more vibrant than the real thing. I have black and gray but am thinking of another color to be even more vibrant. Hopefully it's durable but for the price I can get three and have multiple colors.

This was a real installation problem. The small tools supplied and the size of the screws require steady hands and patience. I've seen Utube recommend a vise. I don't have it, so I fought. Well actually it can be done, but don't think it's going to fail. Also, the quality wasn't as good as the original Garmin. Useful but not premium. I love the Garmin 235 watch and hope someone finds an easier way to change straps in the future.

The straps are the same as the watch when I first bought it. This is exactly what I was looking for, I like the straps and how they feel. I didn't have the instructions with my replacement straps, so I didn't realize I had to use both "screwdrivers" to remove the old strap and attach the new strap. Hold one of the screwdrivers and then turn the other screwdriver to loosen or tighten the screws that secure the straps.

Unbelievable price. It comes with the tool needed to remove and reattach the strap. The band itself doesn't exactly match the color of the watch, but it comes close. It's also not as durable as the original. The biggest issue I have is that the small rubber rectangle that holds the extra strap firmly to the watch is much thinner. The purchase was a pleasant surprise! My Garmin Forerunner 630 needed a replacement strap, and for reference, the original strap has already been replaced with a Garmin genuine product once. The original strap lasted just over a year before snapping and breaking, and the replacement lasted about the same amount of time. When ordering another genuine replacement, there was a significant back order and eventually Revane offered to cancel the order. Plan B was this item, which arrived in two days.

This is a great belt replacement. As others have pointed out, this is a softer rubber compound so it's a bit more comfortable. The loop for attaching the end of the strap has a nice little tab to keep it from moving. And you get an extra loop.
