We just had to put the batteries in and the remote worked without programming the remote. Thanks to the puppy we replaced him twice.

Works great. Kids keep losing the volume control. I have a backup now in case they lose it. No need to do anything fun or complicated to pair it with my soundbar.

This remote works great right out of the box. The only difference is that the buttons are rubber and the batteries are AAA. AAA batteries are good because I usually have them on hand and not small round ones.

After my dog ripped our last remote control, it worked right away. MAKE SURE you order the remote that matches the model number on the soundbar. I ordered the same one but it didn't match the model number so it didn't work.

So in two different places it says this product uses 2032 batteries so I ordered that. This is the same type that our old remote uses. But no. They use AAA batteries. which I don't have. Now I'm paranoid that the remote doesn't work either. I think I'll find out when I buy more batteries.

Initially, my purchase did not come with a remote control and the subwoofer does not work properly (e.g. you have to turn up the volume). I ordered this to fix a subwoofer issue. The previous remote control models seem simple, also they have subwoofer control instructions that I can find. This remote has no instructions and I can't get it to turn up the volume on the subwoofer. The other problem is that the battery is dead so I press the remote to reset it.

I lost my soundbar remote. I don't know where it went, but I'm tired of getting off the couch to adjust the volume. This remote does the job. The two differences I noticed between this remote and my missing one are that it uses AAA batteries and the buttons are rubberized. I accidentally dropped it about half a meter on a hard floor and the little clip on the battery cover broke so I had to glue the cover which looks a bit sketchy. The rest of the remote control is fine.

Not OEM quality but ready to use. The body and button membranes are cheaper than OEM. BUT the big benefit is that this remote runs on two AAA batteries, whereas my OEM used a button battery (like a watch battery) which is much more expensive to replace. I bought one as a replacement. Original chewed by my dog. I then bought a spare to replace the one my dog was chewing on. Glad he's so damn cute. 4/5 must buy again (sigh)
