Like most reviews I read it worked straight away. The one exception that has disappointed me is that my Bose Solo has a feature where if you press and hold the mute button, the device changes the indicator color from yellow (normal audio) to green to boost bass. This remote doesn't seem to be able to do that.

My original remote for my Bose Solo 10 didn't work so I ordered it hoping it would fix the problem. The remote is a bit larger than the original Bose Solo 10 remote but what I liked was that I didn't have to do anything, I just opened it up, pointed it at the speaker and it worked! It's been 1 day but I'm satisfied with this remote control.

It works great out of the box but the only thing I don't like is that I have to press the volume button a hundred million times to turn the volume up to bring a desired level, not the original remotes, a press and hold function that increases the volume with a single touch. skip it. But hey, it's not original so it works to do what it's supposed to.

We lost the remote control for the Bose Solo 10 soundbar and the device is useless without it. I found this article on Revain and it worked straight away! The battery was already in the remote control, you just had to point it out and the device would turn on. The only slight downside would be the need to press the sound up/down multiple times instead of just pressing. Minimal inconvenience. I can only recommend this replacement remote control!

Works perfectly with my old Bose Solo TV Soundsystem. I lost my original Bose remote when I moved house. Without the remote, the Bose Solo is practically useless.
