The first time I used it, the disc came loose after about a minute of grinding. After that he didn't join again. New disc, new pad. I'm not sure what to do about it

Very good replacement part. A little expensive compared to the price of the original grinder. The replacement is great, the original is not so good. Perfect fit and very easy to change.

Does not grip and has large ridges causing caps to crack. It looks just as bad as the one it replaced after two years of use and I've only had it a month and use it a few times a week to sand woolwood.

The sandpaper attachments started coming loose within 5 minutes of attaching my random orbital sander. I've read that sanding discs wear out over time and no longer hold the sandpaper like it should. Replacing the grinding wheel, which was easy to install, fixed the problem.

I gave it 4 stars because as a carpenter I do a lot of sanding and making keepsake boxes. I sand a lot of epoxy and need to use an abrnet mesh disc adapter. Thanks to the extra pavement resistance, they hold up well even in a wet garage. The first replacement took me several years (about 4) so I think it's a great product.

This is my second Dewalt random orbit sander. I use my grinder a ton and it works really well! I recently had to replace a grinding wheel that had sandpaper stuck to it. This spare part is very easy to replace and works great! All you have to do is loosen 4 screws, remove the old part and screw on the new one. Love it!

The problem with velcro systems is that they wear out over time. I've had my Dewalt for a few years and the pillow just didn't hold up like it used to. I was looking for a replacement hoping not to waste an arm and leg. I came across this rug and it is very reasonably priced. This is an easy replacement (4 bolts) and fits perfectly. Abrasive pads now hold very well.

I bought two of these to replace a worn sanding pad on a Dewalt orbital sander (DWE6423). The first one I installed seemed a bit odd once I started sanding it. It jumped more than usual at all speed settings and produced much more noticeable clip marks on low sand rims than I was used to.
