Unreliable Temperature Readings on Reptile Incubator

As a reptile breeder, I rely on accurate temperature readings to hatch healthy babies.Unfortunately, the thermometer on this product proved to be incredibly inconsistent and misleading. AS a result of my tests, I determined that it was off by up to six degrees at times. This can be incredibly detrimental to the health of my reptiles. While I appreciate the idea behind this product it simply doesn't deliver on its promises. Pet supplies should not be this unreliable..

Pros
  • Good concept
Cons
  • Inconsistent and unreliable thermometer.

Too small for snakes

I have bought several models of these tanks and found this one to be too small for corn snake eggs. Well, they kind of fit, but I had a feeling that as they matured and expanded, they would press against the lid. Some have already done so. The box is nice, but it didn't fit me.

Pros
  • Spawning tank
Cons
  • Expensive
