I like how easy it is to make my own voices for different characters - you just upload your file in their system which then creates all of its assets (voices) from there! There's not much you need (a computer) if all your development is done with just an android phone/tablet as well; however there are some features like push notifications which aren't supported yet so please do take note of this when choosing technology stack for yourself.
