Description of 🔧 T-Pipe Coolant Leak Repair Gaskets, Engine Radiator Hose and Reservoir Expansion Tank Hose O-Ring Kit Seals for Ford F-150 & F-250/350/450/550 Super Duty 2011-2018/Replacement DR3Z8566A & 2x BC3Z8590F

【KIT INCLUDES】Quantity (1) smaller O-ring used in the Ford part number DR3Z8566A T-CONNECTOR - Quantity (2) larger O-rings used on upper and lower radiator hose quick connectors. Replaces Ford part number BC3Z-8590-F/RTS-1073. 【SAVE YOUR MONEY】The coolant quick connectors that Ford used on vehicles such as the F-150 are notorious for developing leaks over time, especially in cold weather. The upper and lower radiator hoses on many F-150s use part number BC3Z-8590-F. You don't have to spend hundreds of dollars on this. 【EASY TO REPLACE】There is a smaller quick connector on the coolant T-connector that joins the upper radiator hose with the thermostat and water pump. The T-connector is part number DR3Z8566A. It contains an O-ring that is replaceable, but not available from Ford Parts; it is included in this kit. 【COMPATIBLE】Brand New OEM Front Radiator / Overflow Tank Hose O-Ring Seal for the Inner Cooler Cooling System that is a direct factory replacement part for the 2011-2013 Ford F-150 & F-250/350/450/550 Super Duty. 【PLEASE NOTE】This product is produced by Autola. We have no affiliation with or endorsement from any of the other manufacturers mentioned. Our o-ring meet or exceed the quality of OEM o-ring (based on in-house testing).

2014 Ford F150 V8 2.5L

This price for a three car set can't be beat. The part works as described. The pickup leaked coolant through the upper radiator hose, replaced and repaired the leak.

Two worked great, one didn't

The two large gaskets worked great and sealed with no leaks, but the smaller, main one I needed was still leaking coolant after installation. As a result I had to buy a new tee with new seals and it was sealed immediately.

Pros
  • Sample for a year
Cons
  • High price

Inexpensive Leakage Repair

Perfect for my 2013 f150 302 Coyote engine. I used 1 large and 1 small on top next to the water pump and another large ring on the bottom where it connects to the radiator. Spray new rings with silicone spray before installation.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Legacy Model

Two of the top three replacement parts

Used to replace o-rings in the radiator upper hose and t-piece on the thermostat housing. All is good there, but the bottom hose o-ring must have been a little off spec as there was no way the QD fitting would fit back. I had to reset the old one so the leak is still there.

Quick and easy enough to fix Y-tube coolant leaks

Quick fix on my 2012 F150. Replaced the top o-rings on the y-tube, the larger o-ring to the left and the smaller o-ring from the tank to the right of the y-port. The smaller o-ring did NOT fit the right side of the pen pivot as shown in the photo. (See Attachment) All you need is a flat head for the intake pipe clamps and a scraper to remove the clamp retaining wire and old o-rings. There are some videos on YouTube for those who need help.

Pros
  • High test scores for grip and durability
Cons
  • Not as thick as other options
