I bought this hose to replace my original hose which had 4 pinpoint leaks after only 13 months (about 22 uses). The new hose showed two pinpoint leaks (not in these areas) in less than two months of use. You buy a Sanicon system for comfort and cleanliness. There is nothing clean in a system that sprays streams of sewage ten feet into the air. It is neither convenient nor clean to have to change hoses. I bought a pump and an extra 20ft hose to dump my RV while cleaning out my garage. My uncle used it for many years before Thetford bought the product. The total distance to the latrine was about 35 feet, with only 3 feet above the house. The host was laid flat on the concrete with no twists or turns.
