🍶 Danesco Retro Glass Oil & Vinegar Bottles Cruet Set: Classic Pourers for Effortless Dressing Review

I bought this to use with vegetable oil and shoyu, it does what it says on the tin. The only bad thing I noticed is that the top is actually two parts, one is the spout and the other is this black plastic that sits in the spout. I already had a bottle but I just put it back and it works the same, just a little annoying.

I was looking for oil containers with spout lids and they came up with this one. I just received the kit and haven't decided what to pack yet. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bottles do fit on the shelf but have to find a place for them on the countertop because of the lid. Aside from one minor inconvenience, this is a good buy!

What I like best about these bottles is the practical lid. I've had trouble getting fruit flies in my vinegar and the built in lid is a godsend. Instead of loose caps that can be lost, the seal is integrated into the spout with a strong seal that makes it easy to tell when the bottle is fully closed. It also protects me from my cats who occasionally knock over bottles. I'll definitely be ordering a few more of these.

They look very pretty and I love the stopper at the end of the spout. Nice heavy glass and I can fill them without a funnel. My only concern is that one bottle has had the plastic part of the spout separated from the rubber part. It doesn't matter because I can just snap them together, but every time I fill this bottle it happens and it takes a little more force to open it. I do not regret the purchase and will continue to use it. I would also recommend her.

After *many* purchases, they turned out to be just what I needed to store a small amount of oil. They're made of durable glass, not plastic, and they don't drip. I like that the cork keeps the oil fresher for longer. I also like that they didn't have any fun designs or decorations. Simple and tasteful. I left one and gave the other to my mother. All in all a great set. I use them for olive and canola oil next to the stove and have used P-Touch to make labels for them. The pros far outweigh the cons and I would definitely order them again. However, on the first use of the oil the small piece of white plastic in the green part of the filler neck fell off when my husband was using it. He didn't realize it wasn't there, but he did say the hinged lid wouldn't close completely. Luckily I found the part and put it back in and now it works perfectly.
