This clear version was used to rework some of the small parts for the minifigures. First I used Apoxie Sculpt with good results which I was more than happy with as I wasn't expecting precise shapes. There must be realistic standards and Oyumaru did a great job! The Apoxi sculpture is not very good. Then I discovered that this transparent Oyumaru can transmit UV light! This allowed me to create a mold of the clear resin parts that was more accurate and only required a few minutes of UV exposure!

I think this product is only good for quick making simple and disposable molds. If you undercut it doesn't have enough recovery to work well. It stretches and ends and does not return to its original cooled shape. I'm not even sure what I'm going to use what I have leftover for. PS: The review asked about transparency, thickness and warmth. Why? I do not know. It can't be transparent, the thickness is too vague, and heat doesn't make any sense at all.

Amazing mold building mass at an affordable price compared to similar products. The versatility of being able to be used over and over again adds to its value. You really only get a small quantity per order, only suitable for small molds. I used several epoxies, epoxy clay, plaster of paris and quikrete. Neither of them stuck to the mold, but when making a two-part mold, the second part gets hot and fuses very well with the first, making them difficult to separate.

You only get 8 bars for $13. However, if you look at the color set, you get 24 bars for $10. Yes, 3 times more for $3 less! Exactly the same product, they are just colored.
