I have several brands of reusable bags. When I first ordered them, most broke when I tried to open them (before I even used them). I gave a 1 star review and the company contacted me and sent me a new kit for free. To this point I've used and washed them all a few times and they seem durable and well made. I don't know what the problem is with the first set but the customer service and the second set have been great so I won't hesitate to buy more of the same type from this company.

UPDATE: I have contacted the seller. They send a replacement. I see, give them one more try. I used a gummy bear snack sized packet. An hour later it seemed to me that my grandson had tried to open the bag and ripped it along the seam. Not this case. I used another and the same in the morning, torn at the seam. I kept the cherry tomatoes in the next larger size and it seems fine. The print seems easy to use, but the starter size didn't meet my needs. I got rid of all the packaging and will see…

I bought this to save money and plastic. I was looking for something to carry sandwiches and bags to store the leftover meat I had. One of my pre-purchase concerns was cleaning and drying these items. I use the gaps in the frame of the dish rack to pull one side of the bag through (zipper up).
