Growth Chart Template comes in multiple 8.5 x 11 sheets of durable plastic. I wish there were instructions with it as the measurements were wrong. The first sheet starts at 6 inches. I didn't notice this until I glued all the pieces, starting with the bottom - when I went to measure the length it was gone.
