Does not support data and one port does not function.see details

I have seen a few reports of data not working with this accessory. Here is the reason.IF you have a 2021-2022 Model 3/Y Tesla left out the data port to the USB module due to chip shortages. The connector is in the console, but you need to buy an after market module that has a data port plug. These are readily found online and easy to swap out.After I put in the new module, this unit still does not recognize data when a usb drive with music files is put into any of the ports. Damaged my tesla battery

I was supper happy when i got it. The design, the blue light and so on.I have Tesla model Y 2021 9 month old. I notice my range is down from 296 miles on 90% charge to 270 miles to 250 range went down yo 70 miles on 100% charge I tool my car to Tesla service center the Replaced my battery for unknown reason caused damage to my battery they what is it. Right before i take it to the service i removed it and return it to amazon. Don’t even think about it. And save yourself $16000 to replace the…

Perfect fit for Model Y

This slot is perfect to install the charger. There is no space left, so crumbs or dirt wont get inside. I know Tesla has wireless charging station. But with phone cases, it is a hassle to charge wireless. I do not want to take off phone cases every time I charge my phone. With this USB charging station, it makes charging easier. Its oldie but goodie. The dock lights up at night too. Overall, I am satisfied with my new charging dock. My center console looks even cooler than before.

The best aftermarket accessory for your Model Y

I ordered it on a recommendation from a friend… no more searching for the charging points. This product not only extends the charging ports to top, but also the light make sit easy to find the ports while driving and it also actually enhances the interior look as it has great fit and finish. I couldn’t be happier, would happily recommend for this product!

It is a good fit and works.

We just wanted some usb-A receptors to charge some older phones. It fits very snug and there was almost no slacks for the cable that goes into the USB-c of the center console.My only complain is that there is no way to turn off that LED. Tesla’s center console remains on if you turn on the sentry mode; so it is a constant drain of battery even after you left the car. Hopefully though, it is a minuscule amount of power.

Looks like it belongs in the car out of the factory

The type C USBs that are included in the MY are useless for me as all my stuff has the regular or iOS USBs. This fits right into the center console storage bin, connecting to the Tesla OEM type C ports below. When the bin is closed, it looks like it came from the factory that way enabling plug in of several Formats. No rattling or vibration and super easy to install with no adhesive. Get this

Charging power is extremely weak

Fits well and looks great but charging power wise its worthless. Phone was charging for 30 mins with USB c and it didnt even gain 1%. Will be returning

Usb c female connector becomes lose

Easy to install but the usb female connector is flimsy. I sometimes have to reposition my cable because it got out. This is using an apple cable.

Damage my c port best in my review

It's look nice it till it damages your c port. I had this for 6 months now it stopped working all together and took the ports with it. I now got to go to tesla to see what the hell going on. Lawsuit coming soon

Great device but due to changes by Tesla it's not as useful

The device fits my 2022 M3 Long Range perfectly but unfortunately, I'm one of the owners that are missing a data module that allows this device to transfer data to and from the car. If you have the module you'll likely love the hub. Also, one review mentioned that it keeps the light on in the console and that isn't true. I did a test by putting my phone down into the console, closing it while my phone was recording and then checked the video to confirm that the light does in fact go off.

Great product. OEM fit.

The one thing that annoyed me most about the car was how it only had usb C connections and I had to open the compartment whenever I wanted to plug something in. The USB hub solves this solution and then some. It also has a clean OEM look like it was meant to be there Would def recommend
