Cuts through hardwood or softwood plywood very accurately

The medium could not be loaded. The spine glue nozzle creates strong and self-levelling joints. Adjusting so that the center of the cutter profile is in the middle of the material, cut one piece right side down and the other piece right side up for both halves of the joint. This amazing cutter can cut plywood, hardwoods and softwoods. Can be used on CNC and other automatic routers and portable desktop routers. Works well; requires fine tuning

For gluing solid panels to large panels, butt joints and modern adhesives ensure a strong connection. When joining art materials - plywood, MDF, chipboard, etc. - or when joining art materials to solid wood, a "fancy" edge as achieved with this router provides a much larger bonding surface and results in a more reliable joint. This does what it says, but it's not required. I checked it.

Media could not be loaded. I installed the bit in a 3.75 HP router and tested it on 1 1/16" thick plywood. I set the speed to low or about 9000 RPM since the bit is so big. I wasn't Impressed and won't be using this attachment. Here are my impressions.
