The person (actually the administrator for manufacturers warranty services) a gentleman named ‘Robert’ who answered the phone, was very professional, courteous and helped me procure the part efficiently and I am very pleased!

Overall we like this adjustable base. We have never had an adjustable base bed so when buying this we were newbies so I tried to do a lot of research to know what we wanted in the platform. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the bases were to assemble for our split king bed. Both of them worked as advertised out of the box. The legs were easy to get set to the height we wanted. My husband had back fusion in May and we needed an adjustable base for the Nectar mattress he was using. After checking local furniture stores and pricing adjustable bases that ranges from $800 and up we decided to try this base at a much better price. So glad we did. We have had no issues. It moves smoothly. Has adjustable legs which we wanted to make the mattress high enough for him to get in and out of bed. Can’t go wrong with this base.

I love this bed base. It is my first ever adjustable bed frame. I will always have one after this. The only downside is the remote. The flat buttons are VERY sensitive. If you are trying to adjust this in the dark, you end up having to push buttons to get it to light up. Instead of lowering my feet, I end up raising the head and then quickly having to look to see where the right button is. I had a very expensive famous name adjustable bed. I broke the frame by raising the head and putting all of my considerable weight on it for dumb reasons. whoops. Don’t do that. Anyway. This is the replacement and it is great. The adjustable legs made it easy to match the height of my partner’s side of the bed and I actually like the remote a little better. This was a third of the price of my old bed and seems to be about the same level of sturdiness. Very pleased.

I almost got talked out of this bed because many complained it was not sturdy. The mattress I bought was 140lbs, and I am over 250. Solid as a rock. Don't let that be the reason you don't buy.

My wife and I needed a bed and I was tempted by one of these. It was a great decision on our part! We love the ability to prop up and watch television or read. Quality is great, i have complete faith in the construction of the bed also. You often go through life not knowing how nice it would be to own something and this is one of those products.

Delivery took longer than hoped but within (at the end) of the window provided. Easy to set up, we put it on a different platform so I cannot comment on the sturdiness of the provided legs. The mattress stopper at the foot of the bed may rise above the mattress if the mattress isn’t tall, so tall/long people could hit it with their feet. The bed was easy to assemble. except for 1 leg that wasn’t welded to the bed. Since we bought a split California king, we decided to place the broken leg (brand new bed frame) inside next to the other split king, giving it more support. Since I've received my iDealBed, my sleep has gotten much better and I don't toss and turn as I did prior to purchasing it. The bed is easy to assemble and the instructions that came with was straight forward. I really love the different positions whether reading, watching TV, or listening to other media. I am so glad it decided to give it a try. It's helping me with my pain. The memory foam help to soothe my body. I highly recommend get the iDealBed. It is doing a world of good for me.

this helps disabled husband get into a sitting position by lifting the head up to its highest point. Very satisfactory. A bit pricy though.

I enjoy this bed frame a lot I used to have problems with waking up and my hands and feet would be numb it has not happen since I got this bed frame that alone gives this product five stars and don't get me started on the struggling to fall asleep with using the zero gravity mode I find myself falling asleep quicker and feeling much more refreshed and like I actually slept.

This bed is extremely easy to set up and use. You do however will need two people at the end of setup yo flip bed upright. I like that the legs are adjustable so you can make it the height that best suit you. I also like that the motor is pretty quiet. The wireless is nice and allow you to adjust the head up and down and also the foot can be adjusted up and down. We purchased the king size adjustable model of this bed frame. It was delivered promptly, and brought just inside our front door as expected. I'm going to give this five stars. The only subtraction would have come from slight damage to material on the outer edge. This damage was likely from the factory since the box itself wasn't damaged, and it's in an area inside the folded area when shipped.
