First time using the trivets, I set a cookie sheet from an oven set to 400 F on them for a few minutes before before returning the cookie sheet to the oven. I really don't like the mitts. The liner is separate from the outside of the mitt, so while you are trying to use them, the liner slips against the outer shell and makes it hard to grip anything. I pulled a pizza out of the oven wearing one and I felt the heat instantly! I will probably remove the liner and use them in the garden.

I was continually burning myself before buying these oven gloves. They cover your hand and lower arm well and are heat resistant. Plus the came with little mitts perfect for toaster oven or microwave. Trivet was also included. All in a happy bright green.

Gloves are good pot holders are not- These are a downright fire hazard PLEASE do not buy! I almost burnt down my house because of these ebay should be ashamed of this being for sale. I really just wanted the long mitts, but have used every item since receiving. Everything works well. I have been cautious because of some reviews stating that they were not as heat-resistant as they could be, but have had no probs. The oven mitts work well enough, but the silicone is so thin you won't be able to handle anything hot for more than a few seconds.The mitts work fine if you're pulling something out of the oven and immediately setting it down, but if you have to hold something hot for a few moments to carefully move it, it will start to get too hot to handle.

The oven mitts and the little hand grippers work well. The pot holders melted when I placed a pan from the oven on them and left part of the silicone on my pan. Other than the pot holders the other items work great. Would try and just order the mitts instead of this whole kit.

These oven mitts and potholders are fabulous. They’re very effective in terms of protection from hot services and they’re easy to clean.

The gloves are really marvelous. Just one noteworthy advice. The length of the gloves is an asset.The pot holders are not only functional but also add some measure of aesthetics to the kitchen.Caution: Since the trivet is plastic do not place a pot directly from the heat into them, for it will adhere to the pot.

Very nice set. The mits themselves are larger than I predicted, but all in all I'm satisfied with items. Silicone material may be difficult to clean.

The trivets are nice, the cooking mitts are kinda cheap but for what the price is I’d buy it again. Loved the lime green color.
