First time using the trivets, I set a cookie sheet from an oven set to 400 F on them for a few minutes before before returning the cookie sheet to the oven. After putting the cookie sheet back in the oven I looked at where it had been on the table and noticed the trivets were gone. They had melted to the back of the cookie sheet, which meant they were now in the oven! Realizing this I immediately checked the oven, barely a minute since putting them in the oven and removing them, they had already melted all over the rack. I am glad I noticed what had happened when I did, I can't imagine how bad it could have been if I hadn't! How can these be considered to be trivets if they melt at such a regular baking temperature? I am frustrated at the lack of quality and would warn anyone looking to buy them not to!
