Optimized RhinoPac PS0115 Hydraulic Jeep Pre-Filled, Pre-Bled Hydraulic System Review

Quick and easy installation. It worked great. My son installed this on his Jeep before I got home from work to help him! Much more affordable than the $600 parts/labor the local mechanic would charge.

This was a great purchase for my 1995 Jeep YJ. I had reservations based on the negative reviews but I bought it anyway as most of the bad reviews are from people who don't even know how to twist a screwdriver and it was very easy to install and worked as it should.

I bought this for my 1994 Jeep YJ 2.5. My old clutch was terrible. It arrived quickly in less than 40 minutes, installed and working as it should. Since then I've driven almost 2000 miles and haven't had any traction problems whatsoever.

My Jeep (95 4.0) has been standing for 8 months due to clutch problems. Bought it because I thought it would be a cheap try. Easy installation. Worked great. Key 13 and head for two cylinders. Pliers for the clamp that holds the pedal. Just in time to see the new movie!

I have been repairing cars for several decades and to be honest the concept of this article struck me as strange. However, there is no easy conventional way to change the fluid in this hydraulic system at the factory and then bleed it as expected so this setup made the change a breeze!

Installed this system on my '94 Jeep Wrangler in July, ten minutes work, 45 minutes fooling around. I watched videos on YouTube. It was easy to install and my clutch has worked great all summer. Recommend the product and watch the video. All you need are pliers, a pair of sockets and a 1/2 ratcheting box wrench to unscrew a top nut from the old cylinder. spray some WD-40.

A great replacement for the 1994 YJ Wrangler. I used to try the OMIX brand but it ran out of the box. I see other people saying they replaced theirs in 14 minutes or so. This could have been true if one of the locknuts had not been directly behind the brake booster. There is a minimum clearance to fit an open-end wrench to the specified nut, and you can only turn it 1/8 turn on each attempt. Throw in 22 years of rust and the job takes closer to 45 minutes. I was skeptical at first but after receiving this I was totally pleasantly surprised. On my Wrangler 95, my mast clutch cylinder and wingman failed and I was torn apart.
