Not worth the investment

When I tried this SBC, I was incredibly disappointed. The specs looked good on paper, but the actual performance left much to be desired. It was slow and buggy, and I experienced compatibility issues with some of my other computer components. The only positive aspect was the price, but even that isn't enough to justify the subpar performance. Save your money and invest in a better SBC.

Pros
  • Affordable price
Cons
  • Slow, buggy, compatibility issues with other computer components

Nice Electronics for Computers & Accessories

Cool device, the only downside is the somewhat annoying fan. And for other buyers, it doesn't include an adapter to program, would recommend a cheap USB to TTL, just do a little research beforehand.

Pros
  • 256MB DDR3-800
Cons
  • High price

Tiny size on PCIe with big performance

This is a wonderful development board, connected to the M2 PCIe peripheral slot on the motherboard, no external bulky development boards. For FPGA hobbyists this is great. I have this on a bare motherboard so I can easily connect to IO. All information and sample projects are on github. Xilinx PCIe driver installation is quite complicated, many searches on the internet. I installed on Centos 8 but the free Xilinx software gives you everything you need. You get great bang for your buck in a tiny

Pros
  • Single board computer
Cons
  • Poorly designed
