Description of 🛹 Ridge Skateboards Retro Cruiser Skateboard - Big Brother Edition

The Ridge 27 is 5" longer and 1.5" wider than the original Ridge board. This makes it slightly more stable than its little brother and gives it a slightly larger turning circle. Deck: 27" long x 7.5" wide (68.6cm x 19cm). 59mm 78A PU Wheels- the same great wheels as on the original mini cruisers. ABEC-7 High speed precision stainless steel bearings (For a faster smoother ride!). The Ridge brand is renowned for high build quality and great design.

Think of the best options! Buy smarter!

I am a more experienced skater (cruiser) as I have ridden a lot of longboards. This isn't the board you want. The plastic isn't bad, but the bearings are terrible and the carts are rubbish. I can barely roll far enough to save my life while you keep pushing! And if you want to upgrade to 4 inch penny trucks FORGET IT, they aren't drilled the same so they don't even fit. Basically, if you're looking to buy redbones or swiss bearings to mount these things, fingers crossed your axles don't break…

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Everything is fine

A truly amazing value for money cruiser

I bought a 22 foot Ridge almost two years ago and it still works (perfect portable cruiser for around town and school). However, its smaller size reduces stability at high speeds and rough terrain, so I opted for the larger 27-inch model and noticed a much more stable ride against such elements. The board is significantly thicker and heavier than its little brother and is equipped with wider bogies. Given the abuse I've given the 22-foot with a slight flaw, I expect the 27-foot will last quite…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!

Rides Very Well: Skateboarding

**UPADTE***For those of you with broken trucks. Just buy a set of trucks online, the board is very durable 4 months (as of 10/29/19) and without problems. I changed the wheels and bearings because I wanted the stocks to be ok. Why go out and spend ridiculous money on a name brand skateboard when you can keep a deck and buy trucks for around 20-30 (do some research to find the right one which will save you some and you can replace the wheels and bearings, if you want) Money…

Pros
  • Nice Item
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

Great buy for skates, skateboards and scooters

After I left college last September I needed a set of wheels. I stumbled upon the Ridge Board while browsing Revain and after reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews I made the purchase. Boy am I glad I did that. Let me explain why the skateboard deserves all those five stars: Portability: Being in college, I have to sit in classrooms filled with 400 students. The ridge board is nice and compact, making it easy for me to carry it past other students to my seat and hide it under a chair…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Useless features
